 Always be up for surprises.

*Please be patient, even with DSL it takes a minute to load all the pictures on this page. Thank you.

At the end of the day, pray.

              Be conscious of your appearance.

                                   Cherish every Sunday.

Close your eyes and smile a lot.

                           Don't waste food.

 Exercise to keep fit.

     Exercise.....daily, not just once.

Daily, I said, and don't give me that

           hairy eyeball.

    Express yourself creatively.

Give lots of kisses to your kids.

Have lunch and share time with friends.

Hold on to good friends, they are precious and few.

 It will get better.

Live up to your good name.

Love someone with all your heart.

Love your friends no matter who they are.

Meet new friends even if they are different than you are.

 Run when you need to.

 Relax when you need to.

 Reflect on life.

Rest, make sure you get enough rest to stay healthy.

 Say I love you often.

 Take an occasional risk.

There is always someone who loves you more than you know.

Try to have a little fun everyday.

 What I Learned From Noah

Everything I need to know, I learned from Noah's Ark...

ONE: Don't miss the boat.

TWO: Remember that we are all in the same boat.

THREE: Plan ahead. It wasn't raining when Noah built the Ark.

FOUR: Stay fit. When you're 60 years old, someone may ask you to do something really big.

FIVE: Don't listen to critics; just get on with the job that needs to be done.

SIX: Build your future on high ground.

SEVEN: For safety's sake, travel in pairs.

EIGHT: Speed isn't always an advantage. The snails were on board with the cheetahs.

NINE: When you're stressed, float awhile.

TEN: Remember, the Ark was built by amateurs; the Titanic by professionals.
